Really upset, the pictures are very deceiving and in person especially for the price I expected better. The kitchen stove was out of service and there were stains on the wall. I felt like I was in jail or something walking the long dark hallways and I didn’t even get a welcoming feeling by the outdated furniture/carpets. The room had issues all over and looked like a cheap landlord just painted over things expecting to fix it. First and last time…

We couldn’t shower because the tub was clogged with a black substance and roaches . Roaches were crawling though out the room. The maid opened the door while we were making some attempt to rest way before check out time. The front desk said we could walk down to another room to shower.. we were already exhausted and I was sick so we just tried to tough it out since they said they had no other available rooms. They said I would receive 30% off and no parking fee .. I didn’t receive it. And 30% just didn’t seem to be enough for what we went through.. the overnight staff was horrible but the morning person was kind and apologetic . Never again will I take the cheaper route. We were just so tired and drained , it was almost midnight.
