Very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty, the floor was sticky, and the wooden bathroom door was extremely old, damaged, and rotting. The bathtub was in terrible condition. The room smelled really bad, and to make matters worse, I saw two small cockroaches in the bathroom. As a guest, I was not expecting a five-star hotel, but I did expect a place that was clean and in good condition. In conclusion, I do not recommend this hotel.

Room we stayed in had broken shades and the floodlights next door shined in like it was midday! I had to put a blanket over the window and even then it felt like morning due to all the light. The manager then switched us to another room that only had one double bed so I had to sleep in same bed as my son. And then in that room. The toilet was clogged. I go to the front desk to tell them the situation and they said they had no plunger. And. Also could not get us another room. It is now 10:30 at night. What does one do?? Leave and try to get another place? Ao. We basically held it in til next morning and then utilized a local McDonalds for our you know what. Not a pleasant experience at all. Also saw roaches in the bathroom too. The manager said he would only refund one night. It should have been do both nights. Will never go to a Woodsprings again.

Our stay at this hotel turned into one of the worst travel experiences my family has ever had. We arrived at 10:50 pm, just ten minutes before reception closed. While my wife was reading the check-in documents (which is completely normal when you are being asked to sign a legal form), the front desk clerk showed clear impatience. When I politely asked a few questions about what we were signing, he responded aggressively and said, “You have to sign the document, or you have to leave.” When I replied that we had the right to understand what we were signing, he escalated the situation and even threatened to call the police — even though we had done nothing wrong. We were a family with two small children, exhausted after traveling. To avoid making things worse, I had no choice but to back down. Because of this pressure, we were forced to sign “no refunds” terms just to get our room key. When we entered the room, it was smelly, poorly ventilated, and visibly dirty. The air quality was bad, and the room did not feel safe or clean for a family, especially with an infant. The next day I saw the same front desk clerk, so I avoided any interaction. The following night, there was another receptionist, who was polite and willing to help.Unfortunately, we all had already got seriously ill. We moved to another hotel eventually. Woodsprings is really a trap. Avoid it!
