On the first night, the elevator was out of service, which forced us to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs to a room located at the far end of the hallway. This was not only inconvenient but also physically exhausting after a long day of travel. On the second night, we returned to the motel after being out for a few hours and discovered that our key card had been deactivated. When I approached the front desk for assistance, the staff member dismissed the issue by suggesting I had kept the card near my phone—which was not the case. This response felt dismissive and unhelpful. Later that same day, we attempted to exchange our used towels for clean ones, only to be told that we could not receive any because the laundry was closed. I have never encountered a hotel that denies guests clean towels due to laundry hours, and this policy—or lack of accommodation—was both surprising and unacceptable. These issues significantly impacted the comfort and quality of our stay. I am requesting a partial refund or compensation for the inconvenience and lack of basic services

It was a decent stay but people being loud through out the night , smells bad in the hall ways, carpet in the hall way looked pretty bad with large stains, smells of people smoking “stuff”- coming through the bathroom vent. The entry card had to be reprogrammed 4 times- so I get to my room on the second floor and I cannot get in, had to go down the stairs have the card programmed then return to the room… that was an inconvenience. This is the first and the last time

There was hair on the washcloths from previous guests, and when I told the front desk, she did apologize. She told me the manager would be in the next day and that they'd take care of it. The television was already on when we first entered our room. We did not touch it and left it on when we checked out. The other patrons were extremely loud, and there appeared to be multiple arguments that occurred in the hallways in the wee hours of the morning, making it difficult to sleep. At one point after spending the day out, our room key didn't work, and we told the front desk, who informed us that we were accidentally checked out. They were able to check us back in, but that should not have happened.
