Terrible experience. Only upside was view from room. No hot water during our stay. Staff was not attentive. Kept being told it would be fixed but never was. We were told it was only our room that was experiencing the water issues but we’re not offered a different room. Would not recommend.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now, while traveling for work. It’s mostly been a really pleasant option. The room and shower were clean— no mold, stains or thick dust. The hotel is still new and well-taken care of. The restaurant food could use improvement, especially with the required resort fee and prices. The staff were helpful and kind. The views over Harlem are cool, but they should totally remove “Central park view” from the room options. It’s totally misleading. I’ll be staying again.
