We stayed here for our Universal Studios trip. It’s not super close to Universal but we just took Uber so it wasn’t a big deal. The room was nice my only issues were we have a 2 bedroom suite and there was never enough towels and wash clothes. There was only 2 each so we had to call for more and they only brought 2 more sets. There were 5 of us. The other issue was the elevator was so slow and the wait was really long.

Everything was fine except for the loud interstate traffic noise outside of our window that kept us awake all night. I bet we only each got two hours of sleep tops. In addition the little refrigerator was making a lot of noise most of the night. When I finally figured out where the noise was coming from, I unplugged the fridge which at least got rid of that noise but the traffic noise continued. So we did not have a restful night and left early this morning just to get back to our own home. The staff was great and other than the noise, everything was fine. But the noise was a big problem that kept us awake which would make us not stay there again.
