I did not feel safe without having a completely closed pod for me to sleep inside and also they should ask customers to bring their own lock for the locker

Changed rooms twice. Ac wasn’t working. Manager was really professional and nice. Didn’t like cleaning room knocking on my door twice at 10:30 and 10:45 with DO NOT DISTURB on door.

In many of the rooms the air conditioning does not work. This is probably a known and ongoing problem, because as soon as you complain, they bring a portable air conditioner and install it in the room. But a portable air conditioner cannot replace "regular" air conditioning, it cannot lower the temperatures properly and is very noisy.
