I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and it was an absolute nightmare. The room was filthy and infested with roaches. I couldn’t even sleep because I was terrified a roach might crawl into my ears. The TV didn’t work, and when I called the front desk for help, the clerk burped loudly while I was on the phone (he did say “excuse me,” but it was still incredibly unprofessional) he was nice though. The cleanliness was appalling. There was something that looked like poop on the toilet paper holder, and the walls were paper-thin—I could hear everything around me. Light was shining around the entire door, making it impossible to get any rest. The hallways were filled with garbage, and I honestly couldn’t bring myself to eat breakfast because I’m sure there were roaches in the kitchen as well. If it hadn't been so late and I didn’t know the area, I would’ve checked out immediately. I took pictures to document the condition of the hotel It wouldn’t let me upload the video of the roaches and garbage bags in the hallway, but nothing can truly capture how disgusting this place is anyways. If you value your sanity and health, do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. This was, by far, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The bad reviews of this place are absolutely true and I will be sending the pictures and videos to their corporate office.
