Another bowling vacation too Las Vegas! The Orleans never disappoints, their bell service is the "best", NO wait really too speak of, they are on it, with, Fast, Friendly service, never had to Wait. One thing they do need to improve on is the pillows, are terrible on there beds!! Next time I will bring my own! And room service was very limited, wanted to stay in one night ad get room service, called before 7PM and it was closed for the day!! I think all there restaurants, need longer hours, the only option late at night is fast food! Which is not on my diet plan!

The hotel was a little dated but comfortable and clean. I arrived 40 minutes before check-in time, I was informed if I checked in by the front desk person, it would be a $40 early check-in fee or I could go check-in myself at the check-in kiosk. Because of the time of day, I found weird. Check-in kiosk process was straight forward and easy. Restaurants options were good. I ate their Chinese restaurant- delicious and well priced. Only real complaint was no mini fridge in the room - I had medication that required refrigeration. I had to use the ice bucket to keep cool. That's an important amenity that will probably not stay their again but for those who don't needs this, its a comfortable stay.

Will never stay here again. Used to love this hotel. My problem was with housekeeping and front desk. Stayed 5 days. Was told that there is 2 types of housekeeping. Express where they come everyday and give new towels everyday and every 3rd day housekeeping comes and clean the room. Never got the express service. Only got housekeeping when I called because they never came and cleaned the room. When they came, they didn’t take the trash. Had to call again for them to pick up the trash. The next day was walking down the hall and asked an housekeeper if she could come and pick up the trash and she said no due to it not being her room. Then I complained to the front desk and they said that they would send up someone to pick up the trash and no one ever came. Every I saw housekeeping they would be on the same room for hours or chilling on the phone in that room. There is no reason why my room should have dirty towels piled up or have mountains of trash in the room. I stayed at this hotel because I loved it. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never stay here AGAIN.. and you shouldn’t eithet
