If I could give zero stars, I would. My fully paid reservation was moved to a completely different part of town without any notice—I wasn’t even contacted. I showed up expecting to check in, only to be left stranded. To make matters worse, the front desk agent acted like I was the inconvenience. Incredibly unprofessional behavior from both the staff and the property. Avoid this place at all costs

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Was upgraded to a suite and it was huge!

Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Loved that it had a full kitchen. There were a few things in need of repair however I imagine its hard to keep up with those small repairs unless you are aware. It was a perfect place for us as our hardwoods were being redone in our home. We also enjoyed being so close to the park as we usually walk there daily. Repairs needed in 303: Toilet seat is loose and moves to the left as you go to sit. Small towel shelf to the left of the sink is coming out of the wall. The bathroom cabinet latch is bent and the door does not close. And the trim on the lamp shade next to the bed is hanging and needs to be glues.
