We checked in on a Sunday and the nightmare began. I informed them our tv was not working. By Tuesday they finally came to take care of it. Not once when I asked if they would come and change the bed sheet I was told they would do it every other day. I replied well we been here for 3 days and no one has come. Breakfast was a horrible experience. The food selection was poor. There is no a commanding for people with Diabetes. No sugar free anything . There was only whole milk or low fat milk . Not everyone uses that.

This will be my last time staying at a La Quinta…awful I requested room service and towels and when I came back from a long day being in the city I found the card key on the door and a not disturb sign that we didn’t leave good thing nothing was missing from my room. Then sine day one I was asking for a coffee pot that should been already in the rm never got it . Then break was only toast and oatmeal the second day the first day they also had yogurt and muffins and we couldn’t sit in dining area because the kitchen was close but the food service workers were there sitting playing with their phones. The only person trying to help were the front desk receptionist. Never again!!!

I only have two complaints. Number one was finding someone's used Oral-B toothpick on the floor next to the bed and number two, there was no continental breakfast. I was pretty bummed out.
