All in all a terrible experience! When we arrived we thought that the "manager" was a homeless person wandering around in the parking lot. A women loitering there asked us if we needed weed or anything else. A half-destroyed car with no license plates was sitting in the parking lot, too. We checked in anyway and the room did seem very run down and smelled mouldy, but we didn't discover the worst thing until just before going to bed. The mattress was very lumpy and the springs were very noticeable, but on the one side there was like a big hole or indentation. We didn't want the hassle of switching to another room, and just wanting to sleep. However, the "manager" said in the morning that he couldn't compensate at all for the bad experience. We skipped our second day that we had booked and found another place to stay. See the picture of the mattress below. Never again Jet Inn Motel!

The staff was rough and used dirty words as well as I requested for a non smoking room which he insisted that it was. The room had cigarette smell all over. The towels had a very foul smell. The heat was not working at all. Upon request, I was given a tiny 12” potable heater which could not keep the room warm at night. It was nosiy and dogs were inside the neighbors room which barked all night. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken with cables hanging out and was so loud. Water from bathroom faucet was splashing everywhere. Dirt on chair and carpet. Bedsheet wasn’t clean and it had cigarette smell. This room was not safe for human habitation.

Excellent Service, clean, quiet, and very convenient to many businesses and places to eat. Also, right by a grocery store.
