This was a terrible hotel, could not even stay there and decided to leave given the condition

Attempted to use ATM in the lobby not in service. Attempted to buy some beverages was told they did not have change for 20 so I would have to spend close to $15 in order to get five dollars back. Upon check out, I was told I was unable to get a printable receipt.
